As a sports scientist with a PhD in sports medicine, I am focused also on mental health and combined all my knowledge and experience to design specific and holistic training programs to support you to achieve your goals both on the physical and mental level, to feel more balanced.

Pilates
Pilates as a full-body workout strengthens and stretches the muscles, improves body awareness and promotes a healthy, upright posture. Back problems due to an unbalanced lifestyle are alleviated by strengthening the core (the so-called "powerhouse").
You will experience a smooth alternation of strenuous and relaxing exercises. Therefore, after each class you will feel more balanced and motivated to maintain your workout and to join the classes.
The best results are achieved when the movement is performed precisely. In order to be able to guarantee this quality, I offer group courses with a maximum of 7 people.
Individual one-on-one training or partner training, as well as introduction for beginners on request!

Mental Training

Not only but especially in sport, it is now an essential part of the daily routine in order to achieve your goal and be able to perform when it matters most:
the mental training.
​
This includes concentration training, motivation, relaxation training, focusing and general strengthening of self-esteem and self-confidence, e.g. to get under control problems like competition anxiety or stage fright.
Sports psychology training is therefore not only useful for athletes of all ages and abilities, but also in many other areas of life.

Specialization in child and youth athletes for more consistent performance (both in sport and in a school or personal context).
